"Hi! I'm Kelli and this is Colbi on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you my opinions and techniques on how to lunge your horse. I am going to show you now how to finish your exercise when you are finished lunging your horse. I am just going to have her go out here a little bit, have her pick up a trot and give her a little more line. When you decide that your horse has had enough exercise or blown off enough steam, you will want to ask whoa, whoa. They can stop, and you can drop your whip. You will take your lunge line and gather it up as you walk towards your horse because you never want to walk with a lot of lunge line like this hanging on the ground. You could end up getting tangled up in it or your horse could get tangled up in it so you just want to wrap it up, wrap it in your hand and then you can walk up to your horse and catch them, give them a pat on job well done and then you are ready to move on to the left side and lead them back into the barn when you are finished. That is how you will want to end your workout; stop your horse and walk up to it. "
