"Alright so one of the biggest parts of housing of pigs is feeding them of course. Most people have pigs in order to go to market and they get meat for the pigs. But in order for your pigs to be very economical, is to fatten them up. That is the biggest thing; to fatten up your pig. And most people now or don't have room for their pigs to root out into their land. So the best thing is to feed them grain and grain is known to fatten them up quickly instead of feeding them things like garbage which old farmers used to feed them table scraps or other weeds or other plant matter that they no longer have room for and would feed it to their pigs. Now the issue is if you were feeding that meat to your children, your family, you don't know what went into that. So grain now is probably the best source of food because you know what the pigs are eating and you know where your meat came from. "
