"In this clip we will clean Allister's cage. There is a tray underneath here which makes it easy to get rid of the dirty paper. So it's nice to have a cage that has a pullout tray. And you just, we usually just layer the paper so you can take out one layer a day, makes it easy to just get rid of the debris, no problem, no mess, just clean it up and throw it out. We do leave paper also on the floor because as I said, Allister likes to come out of his cage and to help keep the floor stay clean, we'll fold up the paper and get rid of that too and replace that every day at least once. And Allister is happy with a clean cage. We also do wipe down the surfaces of the cage on a daily basis and when buildup occurs, we do scrub it down."
