"Hi my name is Elizabeth and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village and what we're talking about today is just some do's, some special things that you want to consider when you start and end every training session. When you start every training session you want to make sure that you have a place to train so the bird understands what is expected of him and what you're doing. You want to make sure and start on a positive note, so you always want to start out with giving him a little bit of a treat and you always want to make sure that you end on a positive note. For instance if the training session just goes terrible and neither of you learned anything the bird got scared and frustrated. At the end of the training session just sit with him and give him all of his favorite foods, just you know one after another. So at the very least the next time you go try to approach that situation, so at the very least the next time you go and try to approach that situation, what he remembers last from that place is that he got all of his favorite foods. This will help make sure that at least, if nothing else, if neither of you learned anything, you've created a positive relationship with your bird in that interaction. It has been a positive experience for both of you. You both got a chance to you know experience life outside of the cage. You got to talk to each other, learn about each other, not every training sessions going to end with your bird learning something. Sometimes you've got to understand that some training sessions are about teaching you. Sometimes you are the one that walks away with a lesson either whether it be what your bird does or doesn't like or what does and doesn't work for your bird. Every experience you know can be learned from for both you and your bird. So just again remember, if it doesn't go the way you wanted it to, try to at the end just make sure it is a positive experience for both you and your bird and always end on a good note."
