"Hi, I'm Liz Caba from Fixed Nation, I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to talk to you about feral cats. Some people feel badly about spaying a pregnant cat and just so you know in general most of the feral cats that come to our clinics are either pregnant or lactating nursing or in heat, it's one of the three nobody's just kind of there they are breeding, they are nursing or they are pregnant. The vet will humanely abort the cat and its a very safe procedure it's nobody's favorite thing to do but it's crucial to do it rather than let the cat have the kittens out in the wild and then try and go find the kittens where she's going to be a very smart mother and hide them where you're not going to find them. And then when they come out 8 weeks later and they are completely feral now you have 6 more to trap."
