" Hi I'm Torri Morris and on behalf of Expert Village we are going to show how to take care of there feet. This is where Dave raced yesterday and we always go over them to make sure that they are okay the day after they run. So we just check there ears make sure they are clean, don't have any infection or anything going on in there, look good. Check there toes it got a little bit or soreness up they get sand up the cuticles and we have to clean that out. Ruben lost a toe when he was younger he broke it and it bother him and we had it taken off. Anything up in there cuticle after they race you have to get it out and then you put a little antibiotic ointment on it. Check the bottom of the feet and make sure there is no injuries he got a bit of a they call that a sand burn. Clean it out really good and keep them clean and they usually clean up really quickly. Check the other feet bad toe again you see how it get a little sore up in the cuticle. Try to make sure to get all the sand out of it the bottom again that looks good. A way to check the ankles is just bend them and make sure there is not tenderness in them."
