"To lead dog off the object we are going to command the term off. As I've said earlier off equates to four paws on the floor. If I just got undressed and I notice my dog Koogle, on the bed uninvited, I will approach with tin man, bait and I will use the command off. I will hold the treat below a high object, off, here's Koogs, off. So he walks off of the bed onto the floor, four paws on the floor. What the dog will learn in time is the visual cue for this command is a simple lead. Kind of like you're bowling, bringing your hand backwards. I want the dog to see the food, follow it off the bed, mixed with the word command or off, excuse me. We have also talked about name command, praise command, you'll follow that same process with the off command. You can identify your dog by name, off, good off. "
