" So when what I'm going to do next with Toby I'm going to tell him to sit and again to lay down. If your dog is not familiar with sit or lay. I will work with teaching them those two moves and once your dog could sit and lay down and teach him to stay and again give them a treat and physical affections when they understand what it is what you want from them. So once Toby learn to sit and lay down and stay I would have him stay and then I would either bring him to downward facing dog or bring his legs out to the side to get all the hips stretch. Then I would do all the same stretch. I would face him bring my knees up to the side and my feet together and have my feet drop down to the floor. I'm just petting him and we are looking into each others eyes. "
