" Side stretch. So now that your dog is nice and relaxed from the doggy massage we are going to use your dog to help stretch your body. So go ahead and turn so your hips are along side to your dog. If you have a smaller dog just go ahead and bring your arm to the floor so you weight is not completely on our dog. If you have bigger dog like Toby you just have to lean and rest some of your weight to your dog. Get your arm up to the air and drop your arm back and turn you heart up to the ceiling and just get a nice stretch along the side of your body. Good when you are ready just go ahead and come up and we would switch to the other side. So bring your other arm to the floor and again if you have a little dog you could rest your weight onto arm or you could get to rest some of your weight to your dog. When you are ready go ahead and come back up to see it."
