Doga Downward Facing Dog for Dogs

" Downward facing dog dog. For this posture we are going to have our dog come to a downward facing dog. When we attempt this posture to Toby we thought him to sit and I thought him to lay down. So that is were maybe you need to begin with your dog if your dog already familiar with sit and lay down. But, have him stay as he was laying down and I would just place one hand on his chest and again we are not pushing our dog to do something that they are not comfortable with and it is not really about controlling your dog. You just want to have fun to do something new. So again Toby come here and lay down. Now we put one hand here and get him and again I'm not pushing to hard and I just lift his but up to the air. There you go and you just hold here and sort of stretch and lift his hips up. You could keep one hand here as you lift up and I thought Toby just to stay. Stay. And now we are facing dog posture. Good boy!"
