" Tree pose. So first we are going to do a human balance posture and then we are going to have our dogs do a balance posture. So for the human balance posture we are going to bring our weigh into our left foot and we are going to turn right into the outs and these are pointed perpendicular to one another. You keep the ball on your right foot on the floor or come up to the toe of our right foot. You could bring your foot against our chin or you could bring your foot against your left inner thigh. Good you are going to have your dog pound sit in front of you. Lets go ahead and bring one hand to our dog and one hand to our chest. Good if your are feeling off balance you are either going to bring your foot to the floor or you could place on your dog to help balance you and we are working here to not to create tension. So make sure that your shoulders and your chest is relaxed. That you are breathing slowly deeply in the ribcage and in the belly. When ever you are ready come to your other side. So again you could start by the bottom foot on the floor and the foot against the chin or bring that foot up against the inner thigh. Got to make sure that you are not holding your breath and you are not creating any tension in the upper body. "
