"When you've got an older dog, you want to be careful of it's interactions with other adult dogs. Often times, geriatric or older dogs can be less steady on their feet. They can be less stable when they're walking. Sometimes they might try to join in with other adult dogs, but getting pounded on might cause injury. They just might not be as quick and agile. So you really want to monitor interactions between older dogs and other adults dogs. Hey Ty, good boy. If they're going to be together and interacting, you want to make sure they're interacting with dogs that are respectful of their age and their position. You also want to make sure that those dogs aren't so crazy active that they might hurt them. Hey guys. Come on guys, let's go for a walk. Ty, Hannah, let's go this way. Come on puppies. Come on Ty let's go. Good girl Hann. Ty, Ty let's go. Thank you, good boy. Good girl. So you can see that the level of interaction between these guys is very mild, very mellow. Hannah's not like to get banged over by Ty. Good boy. He's pretty respectful of her. You just want to be careful when you're interacting with older dogs and other adult because there could be some personality quirks that you need to be prepared for."
