I'm Carlos Puentes with K-9 Solutions Dog Training in Miami, Florida, and today we're going to talk about dog training myths from my new book, Who's Training Whom? Everybody loves ice cream, we love seasonings in our foods. We love it, we figure our dog will love it too, worst thing you can do. You never want to give your dog anything that chocolate in it, chocolate ice cream. Chocolate could poison your dog and you kill him. You never want to use this. You never want to use can food. You never want to sprinkle some seasoning on his food so it tastes better. All you're going to do is make him sick. Seasonings in general can make them pretty sick. Part of taking care of your puppy the right way is knowing what you can feed him when you can. Can food's all full of water. It's no good for house breaking. You want to stick with a dry food. It's the best for them. It cleans his teeth better. The food doesn't stick to his teeth as much and it helps clean the teeth off. You like this stuff don't you buddy?
