"I’m Terry Thomas. I’m here on ExpertVillage.com to bring you a little about the appreciation of wine. Wine has really or grapevines have always been a big part of the American landscape. Before our experiment with prohibition why the muscadine grape was the most prominent grape grown all over The United States. We mentioned while ago the two categories red and white and we mentioned the classic grapes that have evolved and the reason they have evolved. For the whites, the king of the white grape and probably the most successful grape grown in America right now is a chardonnay. And it’s also grown in the Burgundy area of France. Another strong varietals is the schnenbach which is – can be made into absolutely stunning wines in certain areas of France. It’s work cost grape used around the world often in blends."
