"VICTORIA GUTAVAS: In this segment, we're going to talk about all the tools you'll need to make a very easy flow of your whole process. This mixing bowl is a large-sized mixing bowl, and in it, we're going to actually mix the cut-up potatoes and onions. The colander is actually going to hold the fish once it's rinsed. It's going to be just dripping and to dry out on its own. Our baking dish, where we're going to assemble all the ingredients together, is a 10 x 15 Pyrex dish. The can opener, we'll need for the opening of the tomato paste. The two wooden spoons are to actually mix all of the wet and dry ingredients together in the big mixing bowl. We've got a couple of knives for cutting up the potatoes and the onions; a potato peeler for getting the skins off the potatoes; a ladle that's going to help us assemble the layers of the fish and the mix of ingredients here in the baking dish; and last but not least, a two-cup mixing cup and a whisk that's actually going to help us dilute the tomato paste into a nice sauce that's going to go over the top of the dish. So once you have all the tools put together, it's going to help you flow right through your recipe. And I almost forgot, the foil paper for the top of the dish, and you might as well have that to the side, because that'll help it create a steam inside the dish so that the potatoes and the onions cook a lot faster. So stay tuned for our next portion which we'll be putting the ingredients together."
