How to Make Ranchero Sauce for Chile Rellenos

"My name is Tunde Mandly I am working here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant and our chef is Gabor Godri and we're going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to cook today a very typical Mexican which is called chile rellenos, prepare now is the ranchera sauce the rice is on the fire. First we put the onion, we cut it into half when we cut the onion we put it in hot oil and it will sit a little bit. The rice is starting to boil so we put the fire a little bit, so we put a little Californian pepper in it, after we put the Californian pepper we put it back rice into the fire. And meanwhile the onion is ready for the ranchera sauce when the onion is ready we should put the garlic, cumin, a little black pepper, salt not to much after the season we put the tomato in it, we put it back into the fire. Sauce should take about 3 minutes until it becomes to boil and after 3 minutes it's going to be ready."
