"Hi my name is Uchendah Alete, and on behalf of Expert Village.com, in this clip we will be going over how to make potato salad with your steam ware. We do this with the potatoes that you steamed and the eggs that you steamed, and we are going to use some fat free mayonnaise over here. Fat free is always good. First you want to cut up your potatoes. Once your potatoes are chopped up, you want to use the yolk of the egg in making the actual salad sauce, and put it into a bowl. Now you don’t want to use more than 2 yolks, because they are very high in cholesterol. So actually I am going to use like 1 1/2. You also want to chop up your egg whites. So now we have our yolk and a half. You can use as much as you want, but I actually recommend only 1 1/2 or so. You add your mayonnaise. Here I am using fat free mayonnaise. This is also to your own discretion. I think that is about enough mayonnaise. Once your mix is done, you want to transfer this into a bigger container or some sort of Tupperware. Put it in there, or you could just start out doing it in a Tupperware also. Then you just add your potatoes and eggs. Once you got it all in there, just mix it altogether. Now leaving this skin on is optional, and it is really up to you. Just put in refrigerator, and you got yourself potato salad. "
