"Hi my name is Uchendah Alete, and on behalf of Expert Village.com, in this clip we will be going over how to steam seafood. What we are going to have is fish. Steaming has always been good with seafood. For some reason the steam is able to just penetrate seafood a lot easier than anything else. So we are going to cut up this fish here. Basically what I did is just cut out the bones, and now you just got the fish neat. What goes real well with seafood are onions. It will just add flavor to it. Now we are ready to steam our fish and onions. We got our water in there, we are going to put the strainer in, and then we will take our fish and onions. It takes 5 minutes for the fish, and as you can see, it is well done. From this point you could add it to your rice with some sauce, or anything like, that but this fish is done and ready to be eaten. "
