Video Transcript

"Hi my name is Uchendah Alete, and on behalf of Expert Vilage.com, in this clip we will be going over materials you need to steam food. Okay, so these are the materials that you will need to steam cook. First you are going to need a regular pot right here, just anything will do. You don’t have to have a lid, but it helps for quicker boiling. And this is your basic steam pot right here; it usually has 3 components. You’ve got this for the water to go through the steam to go through these holes, and you got your regular pot. Now the steamer that I have has another component. The third one right here is only for a doubled steaming, which I will show you later on. You’ve got these and we are ready to go. "
