"Hi! My name is Yessenia and I'm here with my mother Sanjuana. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to make authentic Mexican tamales. Once your chicken is showing that it's ready. You're seeing the skin come off and the bone come off. I don't think we took this out. You can take a spoon or something like this to take our the chicken. Separate the chicken from the water because you're going to need the water again. Keep the water handy, but take out all the chicken with the bones and the skin. Separate it in a container, completely remove all the bones, and remove all the skin. The chicken itself you're going to need to shred it. When you shred it, do you do with your hands? You can use your finger, your hands. You can use a fork to shred it, but it needs to be shredded for the tamale. After you've done that, you have the chicken shredded, you're going to go ahead and put the chicken back into the pot. Now, you're going to add the defining products."
