"Now that we have the jalapeno's, diced up, and mixed in, the tomatoes are just starting to get soft now, so what we're going to do is, add our seasonings. We're going to take the largest flavor, which is chili powder. We're going to add about a table spoon of it, generally coating the top of it. We're going to take our hot sauce again because that adds, not just heat, like Cheyenne does but also it's own flavor. I'm going to give it, again, about ten good squeezes. Now, if you're not a fan of spicy food, this won't necessarily be a problem because the rice mixture, that we have in the oven, is going to cool down any bite and so you can mix the two together. Let that saut?, until it's soft."
