"Now that the top layer's on, we're going to take two tablespoons of butter and we're going to cut those into small, little pieces. And then just going to dot them all over the top so that they can seep down into the mixture while it's baking. And then on top of that, we're going to, again, add one cup of cheddar cheese. Going spread that evenly over the top. Now, at this point, you can, if you would rather, you can try it with Parmesan to give it another flavor. So we're going to put the green chili and cheese rice into the oven and bake it for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly."
