"For the Acapulco chicken and green chili and cheese rice dish, we're going to need a few pot and utensils. We're going to need a frying pan or a sauti pan. We're going to be using this one twice -- first, to cook the chicken, and then that's why we're going to need this plate here. We're going to remove the chicken and then cook the vegetables that go with it inside of it. We're going to need a large pot to cook rice. When we're done with that rice, we're going to transfer it into this baking dish. We're going to need a spatula for when the chili and cheese rice is done to scoop it out to plate it. We're going to need a large spoon to stir the rice. We're going to need a measuring cup to measure out the rice, and we're going to need this to measure the cornstarch which we're going to mix with the sour cream to give that rice its cheesy flavor. We're going to need a fork to remove the chicken, and a cutting board."
