"Hello! My name is Melissa and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to teach you how to make a very, easy, fast rice dish that is full of lots of flavor. Now, in our final segment, before I show you the final product, what the rice actually looks like, I'm going to give you a little added bonus. Something that I like to do to put in with the rice. As I mentioned earlier, the rice cooks for one hour. At the 30 minute mark, I like to get a tin pan, get some vegetables and drop them in. If you're in a rush, I even go to the grocery store and buy them like this at the super market. A mixture, a medley really of vegetables already done. Put that in. Here I put in some extra asparagus that I happen to have in the fridge that I wanted to use up. What you can do is get one of you favorite salad dressings. In this case, I've used sun dried tomato and oregano. What I do is I just drizzle it lightly on top. All throughout the top of this. Then what I'm going to do is put that in the oven and let it cook along side the rice for half an hour. This is why we do it at the halfway point. You can pull that out, add a little bit of chicken in with that, and you're set to go. Now it's time to show you the finished product. Inside the stove, we've our vegetables like we just talked about and our rice is done. I'll show you the finished product and away we go. It's dinner time."
