"Hello! My name is Melissa and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to teach you how to make a very, easy, fast rice dish that is full of lots of flavor. Alright, so our next step. As I mentioned, this is very easy but very tasty. We've put our Lipton onion in, we put our boiling water in. Next, we're going to add just a little bit of oil. This is cooking oil. I use Mazola corn oil in this case. 1/4 cup. We're going to put that in. Before you put your rice in, you just want to stir that oil around slightly just to again, get that mixed in there nice and consistent. Then of course, the most important. We're making rice so we need to put 2 cup so rice into here. You're going to put one. As I mentioned in an earlier clip, I like to use parboiled. 2 cups of rice. That makes a very large batch. You'll see it when it comes through the oven in our final step. What you want to do is just mix that around so it's nice and consistent. You'll see now the liquid is merging the rice. In the end, what will happen is this will bake for an hour in the oven, and it will become a really great dish."
