"Hi, my name is Sheryl with expertvillage.com and today we are making a delicious black bean salsa. We are actually just cooking the beans. We just got through soaking it, we did a quick soak in this pressure cooker. This is kind of a tricky part you just have to kind of be aware there is going to be a lot of steam. We had 15 pounds of pressure, we quickly release that pressure by putting it in cold water and now I'm going to unlock the lid. But there is a lot of hot steam so you want to quickly lift the lid off and just again not get to close to all the steam. Then I'm going to take this and I'm going to go ahead and just dump the water out and this again is the quick soak. The pan is now empty and I"m going to go ahead and put these black beans back in. Put 6 cups of water and I'm going to cook it again bring the pressure up to 15 pounds for just 10 minutes and my black beans would be all done. "
