"Hi, my name is Sheryl with expertvillage.com and today we are making a delicious black bean salsa. There is a couple of ways that you can make bean salsa either with a slow cooker or a pressure cooker. Today we are making it with a pressure cooker. Now I'm adding six cups of water, I have already put 4 cups of water in here. I'm going to add 2 more cups of water. Now I'm going to add 2 cups of beans. The reason why you don't want to add to many beans compare to your 6 cups of water is because these beans are going to expand. Not right away but we are going to dump the 2 cups of black beans that we are just hard rock beans into the 6 cups of water. Then I take my pressure cooker lid, lock it into place and I'm going to turn it on high. I'm going to wait until this pressure starts to build and that is the first step on how to use a pressure cooker. "
