"Hi, my name Sheryl McGlochlin with expertvillage.com. We are talking about storing black beans, making black beans salsa. But again storing your beans is one of the most critical things to do before we can actually make the salsa. These are the storage containers that are these heavy heavy plastic containers that would allow you to store black beans or any other type of Leguminosae or whole grain for 5-10 years even. Now this is a new invention, it is called the gamma seal lid. It looks like this but when you screw it off, it actually looks like this. What you are going to do is take this piece right here and it is actually going to go on. This one is already on. It comes in red and black and yellow. But this would go one and you would have to put it down on the ground and use like a rubber maillot or something or just press really hard to get this. It would secure on and then I like to kind of mix and match colors. This happens to be black and then it just screws right on. So you need to make sure that you do have this piece right here nice and secure before you put the lid. It is pretty easy if you have a rubber maillot even if you need one."
