"Hi, my name Sheryl McGlochlin with expertvillage.com and today we are talking about black bean salsa. I have a really great recipe I want to show you how to make. But before we do I'm going to also teach you how to make it really inexpensively, very delicious, quick and easy. It is just delicious but there is 5 things that we are going to cover in this video. One is how to buy the black beans in bulk. You would save a ton of money if you learn how to buy your black beans in bulk. Rather than just one little pound at a time. This happens to be 25 pounds. The second thing is there is a certain way that you have to store them and we are going to talk about how to store black beans. These would keep for a couple of years in fact; probably 5 or 6 years. We are going to learn how to store those. The next thing to bring a bean to life you need to learn how to soak it and we are going to talk about that. Then we are going to learn how to cook them. There is many ways to cook black beans but we are going to do it in slow cooker and I would show you how to do that. Then how to incorporate this into your daily diet which is having our black bean salsa."
