"Hi this is Sam Thompson and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect batch of stove top popcorn. Alright first you are going to want to get a kettle or a pot such as this. It has to have a lid. You got to heat the pot up before we add the oil. We are going to want to cook in high temperature here. So we let the pot warm up a little and then we are going to add oil. I use just regular vegetable oil because that is what I have. If you prefer you could use a canola, you could use sunflower oil, or you could use a olive, or even coconut oil. Coconut oil will provide a nice sweetness. If the pot is hot enough we are going to add the oil."
