" Hi I'm Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make a omelet. Okay we are going to want to start by dicing up some of this onion and tomato and whatever vegetables you decide to use. You are going to want to prepare these before the whole omelet processes gets started cause it it best to just have everything prepared and then continue on from there. Just chop it up fine. We are just going to cook those down. I love onions and just about every single thing I cook it just adds a nice texture and of course a big flavor. So with those chopped I'm just going to slice this into thinner slices and just make a layer of it in the omelet. So here we have the cut vegetables. Also to add into the mix we are going to add in a few slices of cheese."
