" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. What we are going to do is flip it one more time. Throw it on a plate. In my option most grilled cheeses should be served cut into triangles. You could any sort of spatula or a knife or whatever to do that. There you go folks that is a perfect grilled cheese made by me Sam Thompson believe me I know I from Wisconsin I have eaten a million of these. As you could see the bread is a golden brown and on the inside the cheese is melted. This is what we are looking for a nice uniform, melted cheese. Nice golden brown texture on the outside and then we get to enjoy it. This is a perfect grilled cheese. It is hot though."
