Flip a Grilled Cheese Sandwich to Cook Evenly

" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. As soon as both sides of the sandwich are brown you are going to want to pull what I called the continuing flipping technique. You don't have to use a spatula to do this you could flip the sandwich on the pan. You judge what side could use a little bit more cooking and you flip it to that side. I think this side is a little lighter brown then the other side so I will flip it and let it cooked there a little longer you just heat one side and then flip after a little while. Just keep heating a flipping. The most important thing is that the bread doesn't burn. The continuing of a flipping technique allows the sandwich to be cook as evenly as possible."
