" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. Once this pan is warm we would add our first piece of bread. So we put the bread butter side down and I like to move the bread around a little bit. That evenly distribute the melted butter over the piece of bread. Now of course we add the piece bread butter side down and just to make sure that the bread gets evenly coated and butter I like to move it around just a little bit. This melts the butter and spreads it around on the piece of bread."
