" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. Put your first piece of butter bread butter side down on a warm frying pan. I like to heat the frying pan in about medium, medium low. The lower the better but the lower the longer. I have always said you get what you put in to your food and if you are patience you get a quality grilled cheese. As you could see I have a gas stove and I wanted relatively low flame. That should work. It is a nice little flame for a medium to medium low temperature. You want a medium to medium low temperature so that other side of the sandwich does not burn while the inside still gets cooked. "
