Butter the Bread for a Grilled Cheese Sandwich

" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. Okay now I'm going to butter the bread. Like I said earlier the butter has been sitting out for a while so it is nice and oowey and gooey and would spread quiet easily on the bread. I take the least amount of butter possible to cover the bread. Now you don't have to exactly cover the bread but I just kind of glaze over it. If you want to relatively heart healthy and be watching your fat content and everything else this is probably the best place to do that. Use a little butter as possible. This is just me applying the butter directly to the bread. The more thorough you are the better grill cheese you would have. "
