" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. Just as equal as a ingredient to a grill cheese as the cheese is the bread. As you could see I have chosen a hardy white bread. Again this is my favorite kind of bread and again it just happens to be what I have in my fridge. Now when you chose a bread you might want to look in to weather you want a thick bread or a more light and airy bread. Light and airy bread would allow the cheese to permeate the bread and it would grill a little bit faster. If you use really thick bread such as rye or like a really dark wheat bread you are going to end up with a thicker sandwich. It is going to be a little heavier and a little denser is that is what you want go that route. But, I'm chosen a oat bread and I would say this is a in between a thick and white and airy bread. I have used all sorts of bread just about any bread work for this. "
