" Hi there this is Sam Thompson from expertvillage.com and I'm going to show you how to make the perfect grilled cheese. The most important part of any grill cheese is of course the cheese. As you could see I'm using swiss cheese. Why? Well I think swiss cheese is alright but it happens to be what was in my fridge and I use what I have. That is the secret here. As you can see I'm cutting the cheese. Now I could use a clever joke there but I don't feel like it. I like cutting irregular chunks of cheese. I appreciate a grill cheese that has thick and thin parts. When you are cutting different sizes of cheese it also helps to fill in the gaps. You could fill in the corners. Irregular places of the bread. Ect. Having thinner pieces and thicker pieces just makes the grill cheese better."
