"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we have been talking about whole grain hot cereals. Before we leave today I just want to talk about the 7 again the 7 important foods that you should have if you where not able to go to the store and there was a power outage or just not able to get to the store. You would have these food already stored in your home in bulk. I store sea salt and buy it in bulk and keep it in my home. The rolled grains and all kinds of grains and even beans which we did not use on this beans and these I store in these nice big containers here. We enjoy regular storage bought milk but if I could not get to the store I would have already have stored powder milk. I could have this with powder milk, I know it does not taste as well but it still taste really good. Then honey or sugar is a important thing to store and these are just some of the things. I even buy cinnamon which is a good thing to put on your cereals. I buy this in bulk so you don't have to run to the store very often which would save you a lot of money."
