"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are talking about hot cereals and how healthy and good they are for you and expensive. But in this segment we are going to talk about how you can actually loose weight by eating this hot cereal. Now we have just made 4 different types of hot cereals, the brown rice, 7 grain rolled mixed, and a cracked wheat and also an oatmeal and we have lots of leftovers. So we have clear containers and we went ahead and put them, the leftovers in serving sizes into this mix. Now lots of time you may be hungry during the day, not just for breakfast when you get the munchies at 3 o'clock in the afternoon or late night. Lots of time you would just want to dive into a package of potato chips or some leftover pizza. This is a great alternative snack, a very healthy one for you and it is a great one to eat anytime of the day. It is ready to go ahead microwave, just heat up and have it ready in to time."
