Today we are talking about hot cereals and I want to give you a couple of more reasons why you want to eat this hot cereal. First of all when you are buying it a whole grain in bulk this cost less then $1 per pound. It is also in raw form which means when you have a serving size it is going to be down to 10-15 cents per serving. You would never find that in a grocery store that is why it so inexpensive and so delicious. But why do people eat whole grains. First of all they have no trans fats, it has a lot of nutrients, minerals, vitamins that other process food do not have. It does have a lot of stickiness to you; it stays a long time before you start to feel hungry again. That is one of the great reasons why you want to even eat a whole grains in the first place. It so good for you."
