"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are making hot cereals a variety of them. We have now made our 7 grain rolled mixed, we have made hot cracked wheat cereals and we are waiting for our brown rice to finish up. But these 2 cereals are ready to eat so we are going to go ahead and get a regular bowl and put some of the hot cracked wheat in there. Keep in mind this really would fill you up so you don't need a lot. I'm brining it over here to the table and you can use some sugar or some honey. I'm just going to put in about a teaspoon of sugar and I add a little bit. I prefer a one of 2% milk. I'm just going to put a little of milk in and now that is your basic hot cereals just like that. So delicious but if you really wanted a luxury go ahead and just you can put some peanuts, raisins, some almonds, shredded coconut or put anything else anything like that you would like. It is a delicious hot cereal to eat. If you need it to run and not even sit down at the table but you wanted to eat this in your car you can go ahead and put this in nice hot mug. Then eat it on the go and that is just one type of great hot cereals that you can eat. Ready to go!"
