"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are making hot cereal so delicious and nutritious. Now what we have done before we are cooking this. We put 3 cups of water in a pan and 1 teaspoon of sea salt and brought it to a boil. Once the water and the salt are boiling I'm adding 2 cups of my rolled 7 grain, rolled in the mix. I'm slowly adding this in and just stirring it. That was 2 cups of the whole grain to 3 cups of water. You just basically stir that and once that is stirred I just go ahead and turn off the burner and just let go ahead and mixed. Just let it sit and it would continue to cook for just a couple of more minutes and it is going to be ready to eat."
