"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are talking about hot cereals and the one that we are going to make right now is actually a 7 grain rolled mixed. It is similar to oatmeal but it is rolled, it is a rolled whole grain. But instead it is actually has 7 different rolled grains in this. The way that I make this is I take a pan on the stove and I'm putting actually 3 cups of water. 3 cups of water and bringing that to a boil. Then you can take a teaspoon but I done this plenty of times and I just put I use the sea salt and I'm putting some salt in there. About a teaspoon of salt. You can kind of stir that around and you are not going to add your whole grains until this comes to a boil. Again we are going for 5 things: making sure that it is delicious and nutrients, quick and easy, inexpensive, and very appealing. You would see how we bring it all together it just teaks a minute to bring it into a boil and then we are going to dump in our cereal."
