"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are talking about hot cereals and how wholesome and delicious they are and very very inexpensive. But before we make it I want to show you the basic supplies that you would need to be able to use this. I'm telling you this is basic. You do need a pan just a simple pan any kind of pan to be able to make this hot cereal in. You would need a measuring cup and you need a teaspoon. After a while you may not even need this you can get a idea on how much salt measured in this little teaspoon. The basic ingredients are really just the cereal, the some salt and some water. But if you want to spruce this up this is another great thing. You can put almonds, raisins, coconut, you can you put some other nuts like peanuts, other types of nuts, all kinds crazing there is lots of things that you could add to your hot cereals to make it really really delicious. Those are some of the basic supplies and some fun extra ingredients if you want to really spruce it up."
