"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are talking about hot cereals and I want to show you the different ingredients that are involved in making a hot cereal. Of course we have our whole grain this is the 7 grain mixed or the cracked wheat or the brown rice or the oatmeal so you have to have a once of these. Then you need some water and you need some salt. Again I prefer the sea salt and that is all it takes to make it then when you actually put it in a bowl you are going to if you like some type of sweetener you can use honey or sugar. Then I just put a little bit of milk on it. If you want something more creamy, you can use a much more creamy milk or you can use powder milk. That is the basic ingredients for making a hot cereal."
