"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be making hot cereals. 4 different types of cereals and I want to show you the ones that are my favorites actually. They might be most common. This is one that a lot of people don't know about it, it is a 7 grain rolled mixed it has roll whole grains like wheat and barely, and oats and some other ones. It is so delicious and super easy to make. This is cracked wheat, this is made from wheat and it has a different texture much smaller and it is cracked wheat. Another one of my favorites is brown rice. Brown rice is different then white rice, it does not have a long shelf life but it has so much nutrition. Much more nutrition. This is one that some people actually like a lot and I like it many times and that is rolled oats. There is quick rolled oats this is a little bit bigger rolled oats and it is really, really delicious actually. We are going to make all 4 of these today and so this is just 4 examples of some of the many grains that you can use for a hot cereal."
