Today we're going to be talking about hot cereals and why its so important how to learn how to eat hot cereals. I teach a class, a cooking class called feed a family of four on $160 per month and there are five things I try to achieve whenever I teach this class or whether I'm cooking in my own kitchen. The first is it has to be delicious or I don't want to eat it and I don't think you do either. The second is it has to be healthy and nutritious. I have a high standard and I always strive to have foods healthy and nutritious. The third is it has to be fast and easy. The forth is it has to appealing and the fifth is it has to be inexpensive. Now one of the mistakes most of us make, especially with hot breakfast and just for breakfast in the morning is we don't have time to eat, so we run out the door, stop at some fast food restaurant and grab a bite to eat. It doesn't meet most of those criteria. Its not inexpensive, its not health and I am going to show you today how we can make this a really good, fast, easy, quick, delicious breakfast."
