" Hello this is Chef Shawn Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com our next step is to make a egg wash and how we do that we take 3-4 eggs. Put them into a bowl. We are going to add milk to water the eggs down. We are going to whisk this together. Nice and whisk together and we are going to do it again add a little salt and some fresh ground pepper. Every time you add a step to a cooking process you bland this so you bland this with salt and ground pepper. This is why we always salt and pepper the chicken before we put in the flour, before we put in anything just to keep it as savory as possible. Alright. Now we are ready to start our flouring procedure. "
