" Hello this is Chef Shawn Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com and today I'm going to be discussing several preparation for chicken. Basic preparation and otherwise, we will be going over marinades and cooking styles such as shallow pan frying, baking, and deep frying. Over here I have all my means and plus we have some chicken breast and we have materials for making and creating different marinades. We have cherry, citrus lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, we also have some wonderful spices we are working with such as thyme, rosemary, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Over here we have a pan that we will be deep frying in. I have vegetable oil in there. We have a frying pan for our shallow fry and to gain color to the chicken we before baking and of course a baking dish for the actual baking.
